Yes — completely. Unlike braces, Invisalign aligners are removed before eating and drinking (except water). There are no food restrictions whatsoever. Simply remove, enjoy your meal, brush your teeth, and replace your aligners.
There may be a very slight lisp for the first few days while your tongue adjusts to the aligners. This resolves quickly for the vast majority of patients — typically within 3–5 days. Most patients speak normally within a week of starting treatment.
